Business automation

Less admin. Fewer missed follow-ups.

We connect the tools you already use — website, email, CRM, accounts, calendar — so enquiries are answered, quotes are chased and customers are kept informed without anyone copying and pasting.

Problems we solve

Where the time actually goes.

Most small and medium businesses lose hours to the same handful of manual jobs. These are the ones we automate most often.

The problem

Enquiries arrive by web form, email, phone and WhatsApp, and some get missed.

What we build

Every enquiry lands in one list, gets an instant acknowledgement, and is assigned to a person.

Outcome: Every lead is answered, and you can see which ones are still waiting.

The problem

Quotes go out, then nobody follows up.

What we build

Quotes are tracked by status, with reminders to chase them and automatic follow-up emails.

Outcome: You know what is outstanding and what it is worth, at a glance.

The problem

The same details are typed into three systems.

What we build

Your website, CRM, accounting package and calendar are connected so data is entered once.

Outcome: Fewer errors and less evening admin.

The problem

Customers ring to ask "where are we with my job?"

What we build

Status updates go out automatically by email or SMS as work moves along, or customers check a simple portal.

Outcome: Fewer interruptions and better-informed customers.

The problem

Month-end reporting means exporting spreadsheets.

What we build

A dashboard pulls the numbers from the systems you already use and updates itself.

Outcome: The figures you need, without the spreadsheet afternoon.

The problem

New clients get a different onboarding every time.

What we build

A guided onboarding flow collects documents, signatures and details in the right order.

Outcome: A consistent first impression and nothing forgotten.

How it works

One enquiry, start to invoice.

A typical lead-to-job workflow. Every step that used to be a manual task happens on its own, and the office still sees and controls all of it.

The business and its data are fictional. Your workflow is designed around how you work today.

Example: a fictional plumbing and heating firmIllustration — fictional data

Pricing

One fixed price for an agreed scope.

Automation is priced per project, not per hour. After a free 30-minute call we send a written quote. Nothing starts until you agree it.

Need it looked after afterwards? An optional monthly support agreement covers monitoring, fixes and small changes, with defined hours.

What affects the price

  • How many systems need to be connected, and whether they have usable APIs
  • How many types of user, and what each is allowed to see and do
  • How much existing data must be moved, cleaned or synchronised
  • Security, audit and compliance requirements
  • Whether it must work on phones, offline, or in several languages

Tell us what takes too long.

Describe the job in plain English. We reply within one working day, and we will tell you honestly if it is not worth automating.

What do you need help with?

How it works today and what goes wrong. Plain English is perfect.

We reply within one working day. No obligation, and nothing is charged without a written agreement.

Questions

Automation, answered.

Do I need to replace the software I already use?

Usually not. Most automation connects the tools you already have — your email, CRM, accounting package and calendar — rather than replacing them. Where a tool has no usable API, we will tell you before you spend anything.

How much does an automation project cost?

It depends on how many systems are involved and how many steps the workflow has. After a free call we quote a fixed price for an agreed scope, in writing, before any work starts.

Is automation only for bigger businesses?

No. A single well-built follow-up workflow can matter more to a five-person firm than to a large one. We will say so if the problem is too small to be worth automating.

What happens if something breaks after launch?

Automations depend on other companies’ systems, which change. An optional monthly support agreement covers monitoring and fixes; without one, fixes are quoted as they arise.

Stop doing the same job twice.

A short call is free. A written, fixed-price quote follows if it is worth doing.
