Custom software & business systems

When off-the-shelf software doesn’t fit the way you work.

Portals, internal tools and integrations, designed around your process and engineered by Conjora Limited — the Irish technology company behind BusinessBooster, which delivers systems for banks and insurers.

What we build

Software for the problems spreadsheets can’t solve.

Each of these is delivered as a project, scoped to your business. We do not sell a ready-made suite and will not pretend to.

Customer and supplier portals
Secure logins where customers or suppliers see their orders, documents, jobs or cases, and act on them.
Internal business applications
The tool your team actually needs, replacing the spreadsheet everyone is afraid to touch.
Operational dashboards
Live views of the work, built on your own data, for the decisions you make every week.
Case and workflow management
Software that moves work through your process, with roles, approvals and an audit trail.
Integrations and APIs
Reliable connections between systems that were never designed to talk to each other.
Modernisation and support
Rebuilding or stabilising an existing application, then looking after it.

Engineering standards

Built to be run, not just launched.

Business software holds customer data and runs daily operations. These are part of the build, not optional extras.

Authentication and roles
Each user sees only what their role allows.
Audit trails
Who changed what, and when, for the records that matter.
Data protection
Designed with GDPR in mind: data minimised, access controlled, exportable.
Automated tests
So the next change does not quietly break the last one.
Backups and monitoring
Problems noticed by us, not reported by your customers.
Documentation and handover
You are never locked to one developer’s memory.

How we work

Agreed and priced one phase at a time.

You always know what the next stage costs before it starts, and you can stop between phases.

  1. 01

    Free initial call

About 30 minutes. We learn the problem and tell you honestly whether custom software is the right answer.

  2. 02

    Paid discovery

For anything non-trivial: workshops, process mapping and a written specification with a fixed quote for the build. You own the specification whether or not we build it.

  3. 03

    Build in phases

The most valuable part first, in working releases you can use and review, each with an agreed price.

  4. 04

    Support and development

An optional monthly agreement with defined hours and response times for fixes and improvements.

Pricing

Why there is no price on this page.

A portal for ten users and a case-management system for two hundred are different projects. Instead of a misleading “from” figure, we quote in writing after discovery.

After launch, an optional support and development agreement gives you a set number of hours each month and agreed response times. It is never “unlimited”, because nothing honest is.

What decides the cost

  • How many systems need to be connected, and whether they have usable APIs
  • How many types of user, and what each is allowed to see and do
  • How much existing data must be moved, cleaned or synchronised
  • Security, audit and compliance requirements
  • Whether it must work on phones, offline, or in several languages
  • How much ongoing support and change you expect after launch

Start here

Tell us about the system you need.

What it should do, who uses it, and what you use today. A budget range is optional but helps us suggest the right first step.

What do you need help with?

How it works today and what goes wrong. Plain English is perfect.

We reply within one working day. No obligation, and nothing is charged without a written agreement.

Questions

Custom software, answered.

Who actually builds the software?

Engineers at Conjora Limited, the Irish technology company that owns BusinessBooster and delivers systems for banks and insurers.

Why do you charge for discovery?

Because a reliable fixed price needs a real specification, and producing one is work. You own the written specification at the end, whether or not you go ahead with us.

Who owns the code?

Ownership is set out in the contract before the build starts. For bespoke work, the standard position is that the code and data transfer to you on final payment.

Do you sell a ready-made software product?

Not yet. Today custom software is delivered as projects. Where we see the same problem across several businesses, we may build a standard product — and we will be clear about which is which.

Have a system in mind?

The first call is free and comes with an honest view on whether custom software is the right answer.
